Social anxiety forum dating nonliquidating distributions in a partnership
Keep putting yourself out their and going on as many dates as possible i promise you the anxiety will drop and u will get more confident at it and eventually enjoy going out socially. Dating is hard, let alone with anxiety going along!! You are talking about physical intimacy etc, and of course that is nervewracking!at the end of the day whats the worst that could happen seriously. I guess that is the only way to go.you can either keep putting yourself out there or continue to be lonely and alone because your worried about what people think of you. Remember to breathe and get some air into your lungs. And yes, im not very good with the opposite sex which pisses me off more then anything cause its been my life.Im turning into a nihilist lol And after reading this...a major sign of depression and what i have is the word "always" being said too much throughout this....
Hopefully you will all have fun meeting singles and try out this online dating thing... I get worried if people are looking at me like work or a mall type place.
So what i have to ask, id prefer people who have it or dealt with it..do you deal with it?

I did date someone very quiet at one point and found that hard work as on a one to one basis I'm quite chatty. I think if i was a single with SA i would have signed up to such a site, i think it takes a lot of the pressure off when your partner can relate to you and understand your problem.
i met my better half when i was in a drunken stupor one night and asked her out.
